• College or university graduate in electrical engineering or electronics.

• Prepare payment documents and monitor payment progress.
• Plan and manage the procurement of goods, including both domestic and international purchases.
• Develop stock plans for Multron products based on the list and volume of ongoing sales projects.
• Balance warehouse stock and strive to maintain minimum inventory levels, ensuring the availability of essential items for retail and frequently arising project needs.
• Check prices from suppliers and provide quotations for technical and sales departments for items not listed in the pricelist.
• Identify new suppliers that meet project requirements.
• Send purchase orders to the accounting department and coordinate the handover of goods for delivery arrangements.
• Track project progress and delivery timelines to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Plan incoming shipments, combining orders with similar delivery times to optimize costs.
• Prepare documentation for customs clearance procedures.
• Prepare inspection documentation.
• Inform the warehouse about incoming goods to arrange storage and minimize inventory holding time.
• Enter purchase documents, incoming goods documents, and invoices into the Misa system.
